fa بررسی استحکام برشی اتصال دندان‌های مولتی‌لیتیک (Multilithic) آماده شده به چندین روش به رزین آکریلی پایه پروتز Evaluating Shear Bond Strength of Various Surface Treatments of Multilithic Teeth to Denture Base Acrylic Resin عمومى General پژوهشي Research  مقدمه:جدا شدن دندان‌های مصنوعی از پایه پروتز یکی از مشکلات اساسی بیمارانی است که از دندان مصنوعی استفاده می‌کنند. با ایجاد و عرضه دندان‌های مولتی‌لیتیک این مشکل همچنان پا برجاست. هدف این تحقیق بررسی اثر آماده سازی دندان‌های مولتی‌لیتیک به چندین روش به پایه پروتز بود. روش بررسی:در این مطالعه تجربی-آزمایشگاهی 44 دندان مولتی‌لیتیک مولر اول بالا استفاده شد. نمونه‌ها به 4 گروه کنترل، کنترل با مونومر، سندبلاست و سندبلاست با مونومر تقسیم شدند، که هر گروه شامل 11 نمونه بود. پس از آکریل‌گذاری و پخت، نمونه‌ها تحت نیروی برشی در دستگاه سنجش استحکام اتصال با سرعت 1 میلی‌متر بر دقیقه قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها به وسیله آزمون آماری One-way ANOVA و آزمون تکمیلی Post Hoc Tukey در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 بررسی شد. نتایج:میانگین استحکام اتصال در گروه کنترل با مونومر (32/45<span dir="LTR" style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: "B Nazanin"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">±09/342 نیوتن)از سایر گروه‌ها بیشتر بود و پس از آن گروه‌های سندبلاست با مونومر (15/32<span dir="LTR" style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: "B Nazanin"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">±09/222 نیوتن)، سندبلاست (78/24<span dir="LTR" style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: "B Nazanin"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">±36/177نیوتن) و کنترل (07/21<span dir="LTR" style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: "B Nazanin"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">±45/104نیوتن) در رده‌های بعدی قرار گرفتند و تفاوت معنی‌داری بین گروه‌ها مشاهده شد (05/0p-value<span dir="LTR" style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: "B Nazanin"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><). بیشترین نوع شکست،adhesive بود که بیشتر در گروه‌های کنترل و سندبلاست مشاهده شد. نتیجه‌گیری:آماده‌سازی شیمیایی سطح ریج لپ دندان‌های مصنوعی با مونومر در قیاس با آماده‌سازی مکانیکی به تنهایی، استحکام اتصال دندان‌ها را به رزین آکریلی افزایش می‌دهد. Introduction: Debonding of artificial teeth from denture base resin is regarded as a considerable problem for the patients who wear dentures. Utilizing multilithic teeth has not yet managed to solve this problem. Hence, this study aimed to compare the various surface treatments of multilithic teeth to denture base resin. Methods: In this experimental laboratory study, 44 maxillary first molar were used,whichwere divided intofour groups(n=11): control, control + MMA, sandblast, and sandblast + MMA. After resin packing and polymerization, each of specimens was tested by universal testing machine with cross head speed of 1 mm/min. The study data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and supplementary Post HocTukey tests (P<0.05). Results: The mean bond strength in control + MMA (342.09±45.32 Newton) group was reported higher than the other groups, followed by sandblast + MMA (222.09±32.15 Newton), sandblast (177.36±24.78 Newton) and control (104.45±21.07 Newton) groups, between which a significant difference was observed (P<0.05). Adhesive failure was observed as the most common fracture mode, specifically in the control and sandblast groups.
