fa بررسی میزان آگاهی و عملکرد دندانپزشکان عمومی، متخصص و پرستاران دندانپزشکی شهر یزد در خصوص بهداشت دست در مطب‌های دندانپزشکی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه<em>:</em></strong> بهداشت دست مهمترین جنبه درکاهش انتقال عفونت درسیستم سلامت است. از این‌رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی سطح آگاهی و عملکرد دندانپزشکان عمومی و متخصص وپرستاران دندانپزشکی شهر یزد در خصوص بهداشت دست در محل کارشان در سال 1389 انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی-<a name="OLE_LINK14"></a><a name="OLE_LINK15"> مقطعی </a>192 دندانپزشک عمومی، متخصص و پرستار دندانپزشکی شاغل در شهر یزد به‌طور تصادفی انتخاب شده و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. آگاهی و عملکرد افراد درخصوص بهداشت دست با استفاده از پرسشنامه روا و پایا حاوی 19 سوال آگاهی و 17 سوال عملکرد بررسی شد. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار آماری ‌<span dir="LTR"> SPSS</span>نسخه 17 وارد و با استفاده از آزمون آماری<span dir="LTR"> Chi-Square</span> تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج:</strong> <a name="OLE_LINK5"></a><a name="OLE_LINK6">در این مطالعه 91 دندانپزشک عمومی(4/47 درصد)، 41 دندانپزشک متخصص(4/21 درصد) و 60 پرستار دندانپزشکی (2/31 درصد) با میانگین سنی 22/7</a>&plusmn; 58/32 سال شرکت داشتند. <a name="OLE_LINK11"></a><a name="OLE_LINK10">نتایج نشان دادکه اکثر افراد دارای سطح آگاهی(9/58 درصد) و عملکرد(5/74 درصد) متوسط بوده و تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری در سطح آگاهی(553/0</a><span dir="LTR">P-value=</span>) و عملکرد(679/0<span dir="LTR">value =</span>.<span dir="LTR">P</span>) سه گروه شغلی مشاهده نگردید. بین سطح آگاهی و عملکرد افراد مورد مطالعه بر حسب سن ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد(05/0><span dir="LTR">P-value</span>). اما بین سطح آگاهی و نه عملکرد افراد بر حسب جنس ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری وجود داشت(03/0=<span dir="LTR">P-value</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong><a name="OLE_LINK4"></a> <a name="OLE_LINK13"></a><a name="OLE_LINK12"></a>نتایج نشان‌داد سطح آگاهی و عملکرد افراد مورد بررسی در خصوص بهداشت دست متوسط می‌باشد. <a name="OLE_LINK18"></a><a name="OLE_LINK16">لذا ارتقاء سطح آگاهی مراقبین سلامت با برگزاری کارگاه‌های آموزشی در این رابطه ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد.</a></p> <p><strong><em>Introduction:</em></strong> Hand hygiene is considered as the most important aspect to reduce the transmission of infection in healthcare settings. Therefore, the present study was accomplished to evaluate dentists, specialists and dental nurses&rsquo; knowledge and practice about hand hygiene in Yazd in 2011.</p> <p><strong><em>Methods: </em></strong>In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 192 general dentists, specialists and dental nurses were selected randomly in Yazd and their knowledge and practices of hand hygiene were assessed through a questionnaire, validity and reliability of the questionnaire wasapproved. This questionnaire consisted of 19 questions related to knowledge and 17 questions related to practice of hand hygiene.&nbsp; Data were analyzed using SPSS.17 and Chi-Square test.</p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> In the present study, 91 general dentists (47.4%), 41 specialists (21.4%) and 60 dental nurses &nbsp;(31.2%) participated. Their mean age was 32.58&plusmn;7.22. The results showed that the majority of practicipants with knowledge (58.9%) <a name="OLE_LINK25"></a><a name="OLE_LINK22">and practice </a>(74.5%) was moderate. Among these three occupational groups, there was no statistically significant differences observed in the level of knowledge (P-value =0.553) and practice (P-value = 0.679). The results revealed no statistically significant relationship between the level of knowledge and practice with age (P-value>0.05).
