fa بررسی تمایل، انگیزه ها و اهداف ادامه تحصیل در دانشجویان دندانپزشکی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد در سال 1393 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> امروزه رشته دندانپزشکی گستردگی خاصی پیدا کرده، این گستردگی دلیلی بر تخصصی شدن شاخه‌های مختلف دندانپزشکی و تمایل دانشجویان به گذراندن دوره‌ دستیاری تخصصی است. مطالعه حاضر، به منظور بررسی میزان تمایل دانشجویان بالینی دندانپرشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد به ادامه تحصیل در رشته&shy;های تخصصی طراحی گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، تمامی دانشجویان دوره بالینی دندانپزشکی(220نفر) در سال 1393 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات به وسیله پرسشنامه‌های محقق ساخته، پایا و روا جمع‌آوری و داده‌ها توسط نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS17</span> و آزمون های tset <span dir="LTR">T</span> ، <span dir="LTR">Chi-square</span> ،<span dir="LTR">Fisher exact test</span> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج:</strong> 2/76% از دانشجویان پاسخ‌دهنده مایل به ادامه تحصیل بودند. افزایش معلومات(72/1) و کسب موقعیت اجتماعی بهتر(66/1) و دستیابی به کار بهتر و بیشتر(58/1) مهمترین علل ادامه تحصیل ذکر شدند. خستگی از تحصیل(52/1) و تمایل به شروع کار بعد از تحصیل(48/1) از مهمترین علل عدم علاقه‌مندی به ادامه تحصیل بود. سه رشته تخصصی که بیشتر مورد علاقه دانشجویان بود&nbsp; با توجه به میانگین نمره‌ها به ترتیب عبارت بودند از: ارتودنسی(77/3)، ترمیمی(34/4)، اندودنتیکس(37/4). در این مطالعه تنها بین سال ورودی دانشجویان با انگیزه محیطی آنان ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده شد(038/0 <span dir="LTR">(p=</span>، تنها ارتباط بین سال ورودی با انگیزه تحصیلی معنی‌دار شد به این صورت که با بالا رفتن ترم تحصیلی دانشجویان، تمایل آنها به ادامه تحصیل بیشتر شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که اکثریت دانشجویان برای افزایش معلومات و کسب موقعیت اجتماعی بهتر، اشتیاق به ادامه تحصیل دارند و این تمایل برای ارتودنسی بیشتر از سایر رشته‌ها است.</p> <p></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 18pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><font color="#000000"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span b="" new="" style="letter-spacing: -0.3pt; font-family:;" times="">Introduction: </span></i></b><span b="" new="" style="letter-spacing: -0.3pt; font-family:;" times=""><font size="3">Today, dentistry is specially extended, which is due to the specialization of different branches of dentistry and students&rsquo; tendency toward specialty courses; ergo, the current study was designed to investigate the tendency of </font></span><span 2014.="" a="" about="" all="" analyzed="" and="" applying="" aspiration="" at="" b="" based="" by="" carried="" clinical="" collected="" color="#000000" containing="" cross-sectional="" data="" demographic="" dental="" dentistry="" descriptive="" dir="RTL" disinterest="" field="" font="" higher="" i="" in="" interest="" medical="" n="220)" new="" of="" on="" out="" p="" preferences="" preferences.="" questionnaire="" questions="" reasons="" reliable="" researcher-made="" sadoughi="" sciences="" shahid="" size="3" software="" span="" specialty="" spss="" students="" study="" style="font-family:;" t="" the="" their="" this="" times="" to="" toward="" university="" using="" valid="" ver="" was="" yazd=""> </span><span b="" new="" style="font-family:;" times=""><font size="3">and Fisher exact test</font></span><span style=&quot;font-family:;&quot; dir=&quot;RTL&quot; new=&quot;&quot; b=&quot;&quot; roman&quot;;&quot;=&quot;&quot; &quot;times=&quot;&quot; roman&quot;;=&quot;&quot; nazanin&quot;;=&quot;&quot; 12pt;=&quot;&quot; 11.0pt;=&quot;&quot; lang=&quot;AR-SA&quot;>.</font></p> <p></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 18pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><font color="#000000"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span b="" new="" style="font-family:;" times="">Results: </span></i></b><span b="" new="" style="font-family:;" times=""><font size="3">The majority of students (76.2%) were interested in continuing their specialized education. The students mentioned that obtaining higher clinical skills and knowledge, higher social opportunities, and more and better job opportunities were the most important factors in their tendency toward continuing specialized education. Inclination to work after graduation and tiredness of education were the most important factors of disinterests in continuing specialized education.
