fa ارزیابی رضایتمندی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی از وضعیت آموزش بالینی در دانشکده دندانپزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد در سال 1393 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> دانشگاه به عنوان نهاد تولید&shy;کننده و ارتقادهنده دانش و تأمین&shy;کننده نیروی انسانی متخصص در جامعه وظیفه دارد به طور مستمر به بررسی وضع موجود خود پرداخته تا به راهکارهای عملی جهت ارتقای کیفیت آموزش دست یابد. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی رضایتمندی دانشجویان از وضعیت آموزش بالینی در دانشکده دندانپزشکی یزد انجام شد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، 205پرسشنامه توسط دانشجویان دوره دکترای عمومی دندانپزشکی حاضر در<br> بخش<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های بالینی در پایان روتیشن&shy;های اول و دوم نیمسال اول تحصیلی تکمیل شد. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه تأیید شده بود. داده&shy;های جمع آوری شده به وسیله نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> ویرایش 17 و آزمون&shy;های آماری <span dir="LTR">ANOVA</span> و<span dir="LTR"> T-Test </span>&nbsp;تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>نتایج:</strong> در مطالعه حاضر 83 مرد (5/40 درصد) و 122 زن (5/59 درصد) شرکت داشتند. میانگین رضایتمندی دانشجویان از کارآیی آموزش بالینی دانشکده 96/0&plusmn;04/3 بود که در حد متوسط می باشد، بیشترین رضایتمندی مربوط به بخش اطفال (6/0&plusmn;7/3) و کمترین رضایت مربوط به بخش ارتودنسی (01/0&plusmn;9/2) بود. بین میزان رضایتمندی و ترم تحصیلی دانشجویان رابطه معنی&shy;داری وجود داشت(046/0=<span dir="LTR">P</span>) اما ارتباط آماری معنی داری بین رضایتمندی با جنسیت (088/0=<span dir="LTR">P</span>) و وضعیت تأهل (108/0=<span dir="LTR">P</span>) مشاهده نشد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد، رضایت دانشجویان از آموزش بالینی با نوسان کم در کلیه بخش&shy;ها متوسط می باشد، از اینرو نیاز به تأمین امکانات لازم، ارتقاء عملکرد اساتید و تلاش برای جذب بیمار جهت بهبود وضعیت آموزش بالینی ضروری به نظر<br> می رسد که این مهم توجه خاص برنامه&shy;ریزان آموزشی را طلب می کند.</span></p> <p><strong><em>Introduction<span dir="RTL">:</span> </em></strong>University as an institution promotes knowledge and supplies specialist manpower in the community, which is obliged to continually assess its current status to achieve practical solutions in order to improve the quality of education. Therefore, the present study aimed to assess students&#39; satisfaction from&nbsp; clinical education status in the dentistry School of Yazd.</p> <p><strong><em>Methods<span dir="RTL">:</span> </em></strong>In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 205 questionnaires were completed by dental graduate students who were passing the first and second rotation in the clinical wards. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. The collected data were analyzed via ANOVA and T-Test applying SPSS software (ver, 17).</p> <p><strong><em>Results<span dir="RTL">:</span> </em></strong>In this study, 83 males (40.5%) and 122 females (59.5 %) participated. Students&rsquo; satisfaction score from clinical education of college was 3.04&plusmn;0.96, which was reported as moderate. The most satisfaction belonged to Pediatrics ward(3.7&plusmn;0.6) and the lowest satisfaction was devoted to the orthodontics ward (2.9&plusmn;1.01). Moreover, a significant relationship was observed between students&rsquo; satisfaction rate and their education term (P=0.046), though no significant relationship was reported between satisfaction rate and gender (P=0.088) as well as marital status (P=0.108).</p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion</em></strong><strong><span dir="RTL">:</span></strong>&nbsp; The present study findings revealed that students&rsquo; satisfaction from clinical education was moderate in all sectors with a low fluctuation.
