fa بررسی اثر تأخیر در قرار دادن کامپوزیت و تأخیر در کیورینگ سیستم ادهزیو سلف اچ بر ریزنشت ترمیم های کامپوزیت کلاس V عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"><font size="2"> مقدمه: ریزنشت از مهمترین معایب ترمیمهای همرنگ دندان است. هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثر تأخیر در استقرار کامپوزیت و تأخیر درکیورینگ ادهزیوسلف اچ برریزنشت ترمیمهای کلاسV کامپوزیتی بود. روش بررسی: 72 حفره کلاسV روی سطوح باکال و لینگوال 36 پرمولر تراش داده شد. نمونه ها بطور تصادفی به 6 گروه تقسیم شدند. در 3 گروه ادهزیو بلافاصله کیور شد، کامپوزیت درگروه 1 بلافاصله، درگروه 2 با 2 و درگروه 3 با 5 دقیقه تأخیر استقرار یافت. در 3 گروه دیگر ادهزیو با تأخیر30 ثانیه کیور شد، کامپوزیت درگروه 4 بلافاصله، درگروه 5 با 2 و در گروه 6 با 5 دقیقه تأخیر استقرار یافت. پس از ترموسایکلینگ دندانها برش داده شده و زیر استریومیکروسکوپ قرار گرفتند. داده ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS17 و آزمون Kruskal-wallis وMann-whitney بررسی شدند. نتایج: آزمون Kruskal-wallis بین گروههایی که کامپوزیت بلافاصله، با تأخیر2 و 5 دقیقه استقرار یافته بود، اختلاف معناداری نشان داد (0.001=P) اما بین گروههایی که ادهزیو بلافاصله یا با تأخیر30 ثانیه کیور شد، اختلاف معناداری مشاهده نشد (0.748=P). آزمون Mann-whitney، بین گروههایی که کامپوزیت بلافاصله و با تأخیر 2دقیقه استقرار یافت (0.002=P) و بین گروههایی که درآنها کامپوزیت فوراً و با تأخیر 5 دقیقه به کار رفت(0.001=P) اختلاف معناداری نشان داد. اما بین گروههایی که در آنها کامپوزیت با 2 و 5 دقیقه تأخیر استقرار یافته بود، این تفاوت معنی دار نبود (0.815=P). نتیجه گیری: تأخیر در استقرارکامپوزیت سبب افزایش ریزنشت درترمیم ها شد، ولی بین زمانهای تأخیر2 و 5 دقیقه تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت. تأخیر 30 ثانیه در کیورینگ ادهزیو نسبت به کیورینگ فوری آن تفاوت معناداری در میزان ریزنشت ایجاد نکرد. </font></div> Introduction: Micro leakage is one of the most important complications of direct tooth-colored restorations. the purpose of this investigation was to evaluate the effect of delayed placement of composite and delayed curing of two step self etch adhesive on microleakage of class V composite restorations. Methods:72 class V cavities were prepared in buccal and lingual surfaces of 36 premolars. the specimens randomly assigned into 6 groups. adhesive was photocured in 3of the groups immediately and then composite was applied immediately, with 2min and 5min delay.in the other 3 groups, adhesive was photocured after a 30 second delay and then composite was placed immediately, with 2min and 5min delay. After thermocycling and immersion in 2% methylene blue, the teeth were sectioned and dye penetration was observed under a stereomicroscope and results were analyzed using SPSS17, kruskal wallis and mann whitney test. Results: kruskal wallis test showed significant difference between groups immediately, 2 and 5minutes delay placement of composite(P =0.001), no significant difference was found between groups immediately and 30 second delaye curing of adhesive(P=0.748). mann whitney test showed significant difference between groups immediately and 2minutes delay placement of composite (P=0.002),and groups immediately and 5minutes delay placement of composite (P=0.001).there was no significant difference between groups with 2 and 5minutes delay in composite placement(P=0.815).
